NINJA TRADITIONS
An exhibition explaining fact from fiction
An exhibition of Ninja photos, Calligraphy by Soke Masaaki Hatsumi, Scrolls, Ninja Weapons, Ninja Tools, Samurai Armour, Kimono, Ninja Clothing and more, is planned to be held at the Dojo in the near future.

Dai Shihan awarded to Duncan Stewart by Hatsumi Sensei
Tasmania Instructor on his 30th Anniversary of training in the Bujinkan was awarded the title of Dai Shihan ( great teacher ).
Duncan was in Japan for a month in March 2018 when he was awarded the certificate at the Honbu.
Beginner classes will teach you the fundamentals required to enter our general classes confidently and safely. There is no other dojo in Tasmania offering the quality and depth of knowledge of traditional Japanese martial offered at the Bujinkan Dojo.
TEA CEREMONY
Experience at the Dojo
Minako Stewart will perform the Tea ceremony ( Omote Senke )
for students who graduate to Shodan ( blackbelt ) and at special events when scheduled.
This is a great opportunity to experience traditional Japanese culture that was also appreciated and often mastered by the Samurai of feudal Japan.
Ninja Children's Book published by Duncan Stewart
Duncan Stewart has published a new children's book about the Ninja. The title is " The Fluey Pooey Ninja." Illustrations are by Esteban Diaz of Bujinkan Argentina.
The story explains who the ninja were and then follows a young new spy on his first mission. He starts becoming sick with a fever. His nose is running and he is sneezing. There are boogies, farts, poo's, swords,samurai and ninja stars. This book has it all!
