NINJA WARRIORS DOJO

What is the Ninja Warriors Dojo?
10-15yrs

Classes for young adults are challenging but exciting with a lot of life skill benefits and rewards for their future.

Students study various martial art skills in a traditional manner through kata ( pre-arranged forms ) and then are exposed to understanding how to adapt these skills for application in todays society. Self Defence is much more than punching, kicking, throwing or wrestling. True Martial Arts and Ninjutsu is pragmatic and adheres to natural justice. Understanding that to avoid fighting is the best defence and the foremost mindset, students are required to develop a balance between the "pen and sword" to ensure sound judgement and coping skills in all areas of life. Students learn various Authentic Ninjutsu break fall, tumbling, leaping, walking and running skill sets to avoid attacks & dangerous situations.

Fundamental striking, kicking, locking and throwing skills are taught alongside an awareness of Japanese weapons such as the sword, staff, throwing spikes and rope under strict supervision. These skills will prepare them for a more in depth study when they enter the Adults Classes.

Classes are non-competitive.
